Approaching Women Without Fear In Three Simple Steps

Many of us can feel nervous about the prospect of learning how to start a conversation with a girl, and this can start before we even leave the house.

The pressure can build and build so that when we do see a girl we like, we can’t summon up the will-power to do anything about it.

What I have found is that rather than forcing ourselves to make an approach, there is an easier strategy we can take, so that we feel compelled to talk to her without fear or anxiety.

Approaching Women Without Fear #1: Relax

The easiest way to do this is by telling ourselves that we DO NOT have to approach ANY women while we are out.

I know this sounds counter-productive, but by taking away this expectation we instantly remove the anxiety because there is no longer anything to feel nervous about.

As a result, we are likely to feel much more relaxed and able to enjoy when we are learning how to compliment a girl.

Approaching Women Without Fear #2: Visualise

Instead of physically approaching girls we like, all we have to do is to imagine ourselves taking action instead.

The key is to visualise ourselves being relaxed, having fun and feeling confident (rather than worrying about the actual words which are said) and to concentrate on the positive emotions we will feel by starting the conversation and making her day.

It’s like we are practicing in the safe environment of our own mind where we are in complete control and have nothing to fear.

Approaching Women Without Fear #3: Autopilot

By repeating these visualisations over and over again with positive emotions, we create an association with making an approach and feeling good.  We can also use the exact same technique when learning how to kiss a girl for the very first time.

We start to build the belief that starting conversations with women is just what we do, and we begin to feel more confident that it will go well.

I have found that doing this on a regular basis, helps us to react instinctively on autopilot without feeling any anxiety because it’s like we’ve done it so many times already.
