Goal Setting – Specific Actions To Help Us With Women
Setting goals can help us in many areas of our lives and learning how to get a girl to like you is definitely one of them. But like with any goal, it’s vital that we break it down into clear and distinct actions that we are going to take in order to achieve it.
Otherwise we tend to find that we can become overwhelmed at the prospect of taking on too much which leaves us feeling stressed, deflated and unable to achieve our goals. So here is my very own strategy which helps me to set goals in all areas of my life.
Specific Actions To Help Us With Women #1: Start A New Hobby
Starting a new hobby or two is a great way to learn how to talk to girls, build our social circle and cultivate skills which are attractive to women.
For example, we could take up some dance classes, try improv comedy or learn a new language. It can be anything which gets us out of the house and into a social environment where there are likely to be women we can talk to.
By doing something new that pushes us out of our comfort zone we are also likely to increase our confidence and it will also give us loads of material to talk about with women.
Specific Actions To Help Us With Women #2: Work On Our Inner Confidence
There are a multitude of things we can do to improve our overall level of positivity, self-belief and emotional stability which include things like affirmations, visualising and meditating.
These help us to be more confident approaching women without fear of rejection , more relaxed when interacting so we can open up and be ourselves and also able to learn new skills like how to kiss a girl for the first time.
But like going to the gym to improve our physique, we need to practice these on a regular basis for them to have the desired effect and ideally we should make them into daily habits.
Specific Actions To Help Us With Women #3: Attend Live Training
Speaking from personal experience, by far the quickest and most effective way to achieve our goal of becoming better with women is to attend live training.
Rather than learning by trial-and-error, which can be a time consuming and frustrating exercise, we can learn from experienced coaches using tried and tested principles, like how to overcome approach anxiety within a few hours.
Having a coach by our side helps us to overcome the feelings of anxiety so we can take action, build positive reference experiences and start getting the results that we want.
