How To Talk To Attractive Women By Talking To Ourselves First
Having personally hosted many of our pua training weekends all over the UK, one consistent issue that single men seem to struggle with across the board is a fear of approaching women that we find attractive.
If we take a few moments to think about this (hypothetically speaking) if whenever we saw an attractive lady, we had the confidence to walk straight over to her and start interacting, do you think we would have any problems meeting and talking to attractive women on a consistent basis?
The answer is obviously no. Now, during our live training we help men overcome approach anxiety and one fantastic way we have found to achieve this is by simply altering the internal questions that we are asking ourselves.
How to Talk To Attractive women #1: We Ask Ourselves A Better Quality Question
What we all need to recognise is that the initial moments after we see an attractive lady are the most important; these vital few seconds are when we start to ask ourselves internal questions.
On our daygame courses we have found that men who suffer extreme fear of approaching women tend to ask themselves the following types of questions:
“What if she tells me to go away?”
“What if she looks at me like I’m a weirdo?”
“What if I run out of things to say?”
Now when we ask ourselves these types of questions then the chances are that we are going to have a low quality internal response in the form of fear, and then these patterns repeat themselves and before we know it, we no longer engage with any women that we find attractive.
How to Talk To Attractive women #2: The Answer Is Power Questions
If we simply alter the internal question that we ask ourselves then we can instantly make ourselves feel empowered and, as a result, we will automatically engage more women in more interactions.
We have found that men who suffer no fear of approaching women tend to ask themselves the following types of questions:
“What could happen which would be amazing?”
“I wonder if I can make this girl’s day?”
“How can I make this girl laugh?”
What we have noticed time and again on our pua training courses is that by asking a better question we create positive scenarios in our mind. Instead of feeling nervous we feel excited, instead of being scared we feel empowered and have more confidence. The end result is that when we ask ourselves a better quality question, then we get a better quality response.
