How To Compliment A Girl – 3 Powerful Ways We Can Use Today
On our pua training courses we teach that the key to learning how to compliment a girl is to lead her off a flat line (a boring conversation with no emotional response) and make her feel better about herself.
Once we learn how to set off a positive emotional response in women, we can then learn how to spark a downward emotional spike (this will be covered next week), which will then allow us to ignite attraction in women who we find attractive.
In the following video and article you’ll learn three of our most powerful ways to compliment a girl that we teach as part of our Social Attraction training courses.
How To Compliment A Girl #1: A Delayed Smile
The natural response for most of us when we meet a girl that we like is to smile and hold eye contact with her immediately, and if we’ve read or participated in any communication training, this is also what we have been led to believe.
However, over time I have found when we are learning how to attract women we should use a slightly different approach. What I have noticed is that if we can hold strong eye contact whilst simultaneously delaying our smiling for up to 2 seconds then this also serves to lead a girl away from a flat line.
From a girl’s perspective this infers that we have had time to take in who she is as a person and that we have made the ‘conscious’ decision to smile, (implying that we like what we have seen) which is a very subtle and commanding way to compliment her.
How To Compliment A Girl #2: A Unique Compliment
On our pick up artist courses we teach that the easiest way to learn how to compliment a girl is to focus on a piece of her jewellery. We can mention her ring, her bracelet or even her necklace; ideally something unique that she is wearing that accentuates her personality.
After we have illuminated an item about her that we genuinely like the next step is to also mention the reason why we like it. Adding in an explanation in a pleasant way will serve to heighten her positive emotional response and take her further away from the flat line.
This principle is extremely powerful when we are meeting women during the day, the more specific we can be with our compliments the more likely women are going to engage us further in conversation.
How To Compliment A Girl #3: A Positive Assumption
A positive assumption is a great way to add in more depth to our initial compliments. The aim is to make a positive assumption about her personality which is directly related to our compliment. For example if we have given a girl that following compliment:
“I really like your necklace, and I love the fact that there are so many colours there.”
We can then add in the following positive assumption to take the compliment to the next level:
“I really like your necklace, and I love the fact that there are so many colours – does this make you a creative type of person?”
Including a positive assumption is likely to spark an upward emotional response, taking a girl even further away from a flat line. This also allows women to open up and start talking about themselves, which is also a solid daygame technique.
