How To Visualise For Success With Women – 3 Golden Rules

I still remember clearly when Gary Gunn advised me to try visualisation for the very first time. It was a Friday afternoon and I proceeded to imagine precisely how I wanted my night to go.

By the end of the evening I was amazed at how accurate my vision turned out to be.  I didn’t feel any approach anxiety with women at all, in fact as per my visualisation, I felt like I had already done it several times already.

Since that moment visualisations have formed a healthy part of my daily ritual; so much so that I have even evaluated a host of different ways to make them even more powerful.

So here are my three golden rules to learning how to attract women through visualisations.

How To Visualise #1: It’s All About The Detail

We’ve all had dreams that are so vivid that they seem real; we wake up thinking did that actually happen or was I dreaming? When we visualise, this is the level of detail that we are looking to create in our mind’s eye.

The colours that we can see, the perfume that we can smell, the music that we can hear; in essence we are attempting to illuminate each and every one of our senses during the visualisation.

We teach on our dating coach course that the more detailed we can imagine, then the more cool, calm and relaxed we will be when the moment we have visualised manifests itself in our reality.

How To Visualise #2: Emotional Intensity

How are we going to feel when she laughs at our jokes?

How are we going to feel when she plays with her hair to flirt with us?

How incredible will we feel at the end of the night when everything has gone perfectly?

Emotional intensity is really about adding in a vital ingredient to our visualisations that serve to enhance it. For example, if we would feel elation in the visualisation then really “feel” elated at that part of the visualisation, if we would feel joy then feel as much joy as we possibly can during that part of our thinking.

How To Visualise #3: Repetition, Repetition, Repetition

We coach on our daygame courses that the more emotional intensity we put into our visualisations then the faster our dreams manifest into our reality.

Just like training our body, it takes time to “train” our mind. So although some effects can be noticeable immediately (as I have experienced personally), repetition is the key for long lasting results.
